First City CrossFit Teens sessions
First City CrossFit is offering three CrossFit Teens (13-18 years old) sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring) for the 2019/2020 school year. The session dates and membership options are below.

Workout Days and Times
First City CrossFit will hold Teen workouts twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm when school is in session.
First City CrossFit is also looking at holding Teens workouts on Monday and Wednesday from 2:30pm-3:30pm. If you prefer or can only workout on these days, please let us know.
Fall Session – Aug 13th – Oct 31st
Winter Session – Nov 5th – Feb 20th
Spring Session – Feb 25th – May 14th
For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and sign their name on the waiver portion of the sign up form at the links below. The participants info should be entered in the form, but a parent or legal guardian must read and sign the waiver for the minor.

Teens Only – 2x Week for 3 Months Upfront* – $150
First City CrossFit will hold workouts just for teens
2x/week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm
when school is in session.
This membership will allow athletes to participate in the high school athlete workouts offered 2 times each week. Athletes who are unable to make it to one of these scheduled workouts can make up one workout per week by joining any of our regularly scheduled CrossFit workouts. The coaches will work with the students to scale the regular CrossFit workouts to their level. To sign up click here.
Unlimited Student Monthly – $120/month
This membership will allow athletes to participate in the high school athlete workouts offered twice each week as well as any of our regularly scheduled CrossFit workouts. This membership is primarily for conditioned athletes who want to workout more than 2 times each week. The coaches will work with the students to scale the regular CrossFit workouts to their level. There will need to be a minimum of 4 student athletes signed up each session.
If we need to cancel the sessions, refunds will be issued.
