Because it is the start of the New Year, we anticipate a large demand, so we are going to be offering a FREE kick-off meeting on Tuesday Jan. 1st New Years Day at 10:30am and again on Saturday January 5th at 11am. If you can’t make it to either of these meetings, email info@firstcitycrossfit.com and let us know you are interested and we will have a coach contact you to setup a time for your initial meeting. “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat.” Sounds simple right? But as you likely know, it is not that simple. Eating the right food in the right quantities to fuel your body takes knowledge, thought, planning, and preparation. First City Nutrition Coaching will provide you with the knowledge of what to eat and how much of it to eat, but perhaps just as important we will provide you with practical strategies and direction for implementing and maintaining healthy eating along with accountability. The goal is to give you the knowledge and develop habits to be able to eat healthy on your own. Once you have experienced how your body feels and performs on a healthy balanced diet, you will want to continue, but if you need a reset at any point we will be here to get you back on track. For $120 ($100 for members of First City) you will get an initial 30-60 minute meeting and 2 months of coaching. Coaching will consist of 10-15 minute check-in meetings each week with a coach along with access to your coach for questions that come up along the way. At the weekly meetings, you and your coach will review what you have eaten and how you have been feeling, make any necessary corrections or adjustments, and plan out the week ahead. If you wish to continue or need to reset at any point, each month after the initial 2 months is $50 ($40 for First City members).
