While CrossFit workouts are known for their intensity, intensity is relative. You don’t have to be “in shape” to start working out with us. We have athletes of ALL fitness and ability levels. Our workouts are lead by a coach who will help you scale the workout to wherever you are at whether you are just starting out or you are someone who has trained for years.

At First City, we workout together. We encourage each other during the workout. We share fist bumps and high-fives after the hard work is done. We help keep each other accountable and coming back for more.
