First City Membership Cancellation PolicyAthletes can cancel their membership at any time and they will not be billed again unless they request to start their membership back up. To cancel your membership, send an email to info@firstcitycrossfit.com with the date that you would like to cancel your membership. First City requests that athletes let us know about a cancellation at least 3 days in advance of the cancellation date. First City will do their best to email the athlete back confirming that the cancellation. If the athlete does not receive a confirmation email back, they should send a follow-up email. If the cancellation is added prior to the billing for the period that the cancellation occurs, the last bill will be pro-rated. If the cancellation occurs after the billing date, First City will offer a pro-rated refund if requested.
