First City Membership Cancellation
If an athlete cancels their membership and then signs up again at some point in the future, the athlete will be subject to the current pricing and not eligible for any prior pricing that they were receiving.
To cancel your membership, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you would like to cancel your membership. Please be sure to include the reason you are cancelling and the date of the last day you plan to workout.
Your membership does not need to end on your billing date. If you notify us in advance (the sooner the better) of your last day, First City will pro-rate your last monthly bill for however many days of the month you plan to attend, so that you are only charged for the time that you will be coming in.
If you have already been billed for the month but you let us know at least one week in advance of your last day, we will refund a portion of your payment so that you are reimbursed for the time that you won’t be coming in.
If you wait to notify us until after you have left, First City will set your end date to the day you notified us via email and all charges prior to that date will not be refunded.
Once we receive your email, we will do our best to process that cancellation and email you back confirming that you membership has been cancelled. This may take a few days. If you do not receive a confirmation email back, please send a follow-up email.
