This coming Friday May 24th Makers CrossFit in Salinas will be hosting Fitness Wave NorCal’s mobile Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing unit to conduct Body Fat Measurement/Testing this coming Friday May 24th, 2018. They will be back in late June for a follow-on test. Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing is touted as the most accurate method for calculating body fat. You will be getting wet and going fully under water. Bring a bathing suit and a towel. There will be privacy and only the testing professional will see you in your bathing suit, in case that is a concern for you.
