Barbells for Boobs
What is Barbells for Boobs? What do they do?
THE EVENT
will consist of
Two workouts (Grace and Helen, do one or both),
a fundraising raffle, and a pot-luck BBQ.
There will be a 10 minute warm-up followed by 20 minutes for the workout.
Warm-ups will start at 10am, 10:30am, 11am, and 11:30am
Workouts will start at 10:10am, 10:40am, 11:10am, and 11:40am
There will be childcare for the 10am and 10:30am workouts.
The BBQ will start around 12noon.
FCCF will be grilling hamburger and sausages.
Please bring something to share.
The raffle tickets will be sold throughout the event
1 ticket for $3
4 tickets for $10
10 tickets for $20
The raffle drawing will be at approximately 12:30.
If you write your full name on your ticket, you do not have to be present to win.
SIGNING UP TO WORKOUT
ALL FCCF athletes planning to workout will need to sign up in advance.
Existing members can sign up using the PushPress Member Portal app or
go to https://fccf.members.pushpress.com
If you have any trouble signing up online or through the app,
please email info@firstcitycrossfit.com.
ALL athletes that wish to workout but that are not currently FCCF members,
can sign up for a Drop-In on our website firstcitycrossfit.com
and send an email to info@firstcitycrossfit.com
indicating what time they would like to workout.
ALL Drop-In fees on this day will be donated to BarbellsForBoobs.org
If you wish to do both workouts, please sign up twice or indicate in your email.

THE WORKOUTS
The workouts will be “Grace” and “Helen”.
Athletes can choose to do one our both workouts.
“Grace”
For time: 30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
“Helen”
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters, 21 Kettlebell swings (53/35), 12 Pull-ups
THE REWARDS
As if helping others was not an awesome enough reward,
There are awesome rewards for raising money starting with a t-shirt when you raise $120.
$120 pays for a mammogram, supporting a woman’s right to know.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
First City CrossFit is looking for volunteers to help organize this event
and make it as successful as possible.
We will be looking for help with organizing in advance and
help setting up and running the event on the day of.
