Our Schedule

Limited Schedule this Saturday Dec. 15th
This Saturday Dec. 15th, First City CrossFit will be hosting a competition from 9am-2pm
There will be a limited schedule with a workout at 8am & 10am.

The workout is a 10k partner row.  There will be an opportunity to do this workout at 8am and at 10am
The workout will consist of a 10minute warm-up and the workout should only take 20-30min max.

Holiday Schedule
First City CrossFit will have a limited schedule from Monday Dec. 24th – Tuesday Jan.1st

CrossFit Workouts:
Monday – Friday – 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am*, 12noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Saturday – 8am, 9am, 10am
Sunday – 8am, 9am

Iron Bodies – Monday – Friday – 9:30am

First City Barbell Club (FCBC) – Tuesday & Thursday – 6:30pm

CrossFit Foundations – Saturday – 11am

Foundations is a great place for beginners who are nervous about jumping into a group workout with more experiences athletes.  We welcome beginners in all of our workouts.  Our coaches will guide you through the entire workout.  Our experienced athletes are welcoming and encouraging.  But some beginners prefer to start with other beginners.

 *Childcare is available in our childcare room during the 8:30am and 9:30am workouts Monday – Friday.

Due to a lack of use, starting on Saturday Nov. 10th, 2018, we will no longer be offering supervised childcare at the 9am workout on Saturdays.
