True to First City CrossFit’s nature, we want to create a venue for our members to feel coached, supported, and empowered.

As part of your membership, you can devote Open Gym time to getting better.

We want the opportunity to serve you!

First City Coaches can:

  • breakdown exercises and skills,
  • explain methodology,
  • reinforce proper movement patterns
  • suggest additional skill and mobility work to enhance performance and agility
  • and much more

We use this time to emphasize all the methodology and programming instruction we provide during class, except now we have a controlled and dedicated environment to help you put it into practice.

You also won’t feel pressured by the clock or 3..2..1..Go!

You can also use this time to catch up on something that was missed or to get your workout in on a busy day.

We welcome drop-ins, though appointments are always preferred to avoid overcrowding.

Open Gym times are weekly at 4:30pm and on Sundays at 11am.

Athletes must be cleared by a Coach to attend Open Gym times.
